3.1 Account Registration

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Service Bookings

When booking beekeeping services through our website:

• All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason
• Accurate contact and location information must be provided at the time of booking

4.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment can be made using the methods specified on our website at the time of booking. Full payment or an agreed deposit is required to confirm booking of services.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled service may receive a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost
• No-shows or cancellations on the day of service may be charged the full service fee
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control

5. Service Specific Terms

5.1 Beekeeping Services

For all beekeeping services:

• Clients must disclose any known allergies to bee stings before service delivery
• Access to the property and service area must be provided at the agreed time
• We cannot guarantee specific honey yields or colony performance as these are subject to natural variables
• We follow best practices in beekeeping but cannot be responsible for natural bee behaviors or environmental factors affecting colonies

5.2 Educational Workshops

For educational workshops and training:

• Participants must follow safety instructions provided by our staff
• Protective equipment will be provided for hands-on activities
• Participants under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone we deem to be compromising the safety or experience of the group

5.3 Honey Products

For honey and related products:

• All honey products are natural and may vary in color, flavor, and consistency
• Products should be stored as directed to maintain quality
• We cannot accept returns of food products once delivered unless they are faulty

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Service Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

6.2 Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information on our website, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of this information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims under these Terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services or £100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Honeybee Haven and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your violation of these Terms.

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Honeybee Haven. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
